We have been in the business of providing excellent mortgage inspections since 1986. We keep an open communication with our clients so we can meet a client’s needs and deliver the most satisfying service within their requests and guidelines. Our company was founded by Luis Ferrer, whose experience translates into the care with which we treat our clients and the inspections we conduct in South Florida. His philosophy is to maintain a strong, one-on-one, long-term relationship with the client. This continues to prove successful.
Our office staff and inspectors have many years of experience in the field, making it possible to present our clients with superior customer service. We are constantly training and providing our inspectors, and all staff, with the resources necessary to maintain the highest quality of service.
